GC Live – Photography and Videography – Terms & Conditions

When you enter a GC Live event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the grounds, please understand that you are consenting to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, or reproduction to be used for the event news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by GC Live and 21CC Group Ltd and its affiliates and representatives.

Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar 21CC Group Ltd events in the future, highlight the event and show the capabilities of 21CC Group Ltd. You release 21CC Group Ltd., its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the grounds, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.

You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by GC Live and 21CC Group Ltd. or the person or entity designated to do so by 21CC Group Ltd. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

For specific interviews or orchestrated photos/footage in which adults or minors are included as the main subject, we will ask for individual written consent prior to commencing the filming. Footage and photographs will not be sold to 3rd parties and only used for the purpose of marketing and promotion of 21CC Group Ltd. events. If you have any concerns about consent, please contact our staff prior to the event to discuss this further
