Ticket Transfers / Refunds / Cancellations

Non-Refundable

Tickets to Starry Nights are non-refundable.

I have bought tickets and now I cannot make it

If you have bought tickets for Starry Nights and you cannot come (for whatever reason), you can transfer your tickets to friends and family by logging on the ticket portal.

Ticket Insurance

At the time of purchase, you are offered the opportunity to take out ticket insurance. This product is provided by our ticket provider, not us. This will cover you in the event of you not being able to attend the event, and in line with the ticket insurance T&C’s. Any refund under the policy does not include refunding the booking fee. This is standard. 

Clarity On Transfers & Refunds

Should an event be cancelled due to circumstances out with our control (such as severe weather), you are entitled to transfer your tickets to an alternative slot on a different day, subject to availability, and at no cost to you. You can also transfer your tickets into next year’s event if you prefer. This is a cost neutral option. 

You are of course also entitled to a refund. If you choose a refund, we will refund the face value of the ticket to you. The booking fee does not come to us and so we are not able to refund this element of the transaction. This is standard.

By purchasing your tickets, you are agreeing to these ticket terms and conditions. 

Photography and Videography

When you enter a GC Live event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the grounds, please understand that you are consenting to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, or reproduction to be used for the event news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by GC Live and its affiliates and representatives.

Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future. You release GC Live, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the grounds, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.

You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by GC Live or the person or entity designated to do so. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

For specific interviews or orchestrated photos/footage in which adults or minors are included as the main subject, we will ask for individual written consent prior to commencing the filming. Footage and photographs will not be sold to 3rd parties and only used for the purpose of marketing and promotion. If you have any concerns about consent, please contact our customer service team prior to the event to discuss this further.
