Starry Nights Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions 
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the Starry Night Prize Draw (“the Prize Draw”) organised by GC Live (“the Promoter”). By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants agree to comply with these T&Cs.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Prize Draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older who are legal residents of the United Kingdom, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, and any other parties professionally connected to the Prize Draw.
1.2. No entries will be accepted from third-party agents or organised groups.
2. The Prize
2.1. There is a single cash prize of £1,000 for eligible entrants attending Starry Nights.
2.2. The cash prize is tax free and non-transferable.
2.3. No alternative or substitution will be provided.
2.4. Only one winner will be selected for the Prize Draw.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Entry into the Prize Draw is automatic upon completion of your ticket purchase transaction to attend a Starry Nights event during December 2024.
3.2. Each completed transaction must include at least one full price adult ticket.
3.3. There is no limit to the number of entries you can make; each seperate completed transaction, which includes a full price adult ticket, counts as one entry into the Prize Draw.
3.4. You need to opt in to the marketing communications option at the point of purchasing your Starry Nights tickets. This is to enable the Starry Nights team to communicate the results of the Prize Draw with you should you be selected as the winner.
3.5. The Promoter is not responsible for any incomplete or lost entries due to technical or communication failures beyond its control.
3.6. The Prize Draw closes on 23/12/2024 at 8pm. Entries made after this date and time will not be considered.
3.7. If you do not wish to be automatically entered into the Prize Draw, please contact our team and you will be removed from the entry list.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1. The winner will be selected at midday on 24/12/2024 at random from all eligible entries.
4.2. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of their ticket purchase (e.g. by email or phone).
4.3 If the winner does not respond within 10 days of the initial contact attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.
4.4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of the winner before awarding the prize.
5. Prize Delivery
5.1. The prize of £1,000 will be paid via bank transfer upon receipt of confirmation of the winners details.
5.2. The Promoter is not liable for any delays in issuing the prize due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner.
6. Publicity
6.1. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Prize Draw, including their name and image being used in the Promoter’s marketing materials, social media, and website.
6.2. The Promoter will only use the winner’s personal details for the administration of this Prize Draw and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
7. Data Protection
7.1 The personal information provided by participants when entering the competition will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2 The Promoter will not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to administer the competition or to deliver the prize.
8. General
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation of the full event or technical issues.
8.2. The Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3. These T&Cs and any disputes arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of Scotland. Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
